Created in collaboration with Nigel Slater; two beautiful teas, a lightly steamed Sencha from the slopes of Mount Fuji and another from the island of Yakushima, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, carefully blended with a touch of cold-pressed Italian lemon oil.
