Inspired by the sacristy of St. Mark's Basilica in Venice. Almost oriental scents, reminiscent of the spices that arrived by sea in Venice, where spice makers experimented with these ingredients, blending and measuring them, and then selling them in small packets called "Venetian sachets." From that moment on, Venice and the entire world could no longer do without spices, used not always to season food, but often also to enrich the rites within its cathedral, replete with gold mosaics, with solemnity and preciousness.
