About Ingenious Ginger: To create an accord that embodies the imagined beauty of the unscented torch ginger lily flower, Goldfield & Banks used a native olfactory material—Red Back Ginger—as the starting point for this accord, rather than deriving it from an extract. Along with bergamot, mandarin, magnolia, vanilla, musk, and amber, perfumer Hamid Merati-Kashani realized Dimitri Weber's olfactory vision for this flower.
With Ingenious Ginger, Goldfield & Banks is the first perfume house to explore Australian red ginger as an olfactory material and add this complex native botanical to its collection of all-Australian luxury perfumes. Ingenious Ginger has a concentration of nearly 20% tested under extreme humidity conditions, is cruelty-free, and is created following the strict health guidelines set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA 50th Amendment).
